Our history
Established in Jaén (Andalusia, Spain) in 1998, OFITEAT was built on the professional experience of our founders, who have worked with leading multinational companies in the construction and civil engineering industry, and have long-standing careers in professional topography.
OFITEAT’s constant growth and positioning strategy in Spain’s topography and geodesy sector led us to permanently establish a branch in Chile in 2012. Due to the demand for geomensura services in Chile, Ofiteat has become one of the countries’ most successful companies. From our headquarters in Santiago de Chile, we also operate in neighboring countries such as Peru, Argentina, Brazil, etc. Guaranteeing our clients a service that has quality, efficiency that they can count on.
Due to the demands of our clients and the market, our expansion continued in 2017 when OFITEAT positioned itself in Japan. Establishing a headquarters in Tokyo and operating throughout the country. In Japan, we specialize as a topography, drone and thermography partner for civil engineering and renewable energy projects, in particular in the photovoltaic and wind production sector.
Our Mission
Due to our work with internationally renowned companies such as OHL, FERROVIAL, SACYR, or ALTEC, we positioned ourselves as a leading company in topographical services. It was at this moment that our ambitious and revolutionary mission became crystal clear: comprehensive topographical and geodesy engineering services for all public or private entities on the planet. Not just on the land but also desk studies and project development (project fitting, audits, and site management, volume calculation and certification, etc.).
